Encosta do Lago is a charming apartment and villa resort in the heart of the prestigious Quinta do Lago estate. Located just a short stroll from the lake restaurants and watersports and a 20 minute walk from the golden sandy beaches of Ria Formosa Natural Reserve, Encosta do Lago provides the perfect family destination.
The two and three bedroom apartments are tastefully furnished and those on the first floor have a spacious balcony, whilst the ground floor apartments offer a choice of garden or garden with private pool (heated at extra charge). For guests staying at the resort in July and August, complimentary fresh bread is delivered to the apartments each morning.
The superb outdoor palm-fringed swimming pool, with separate children’s area, has a central island linked by three wooden bridges as well as a pool-side bar (open all day June-August, May & September subject to demand) serving drinks and light fare. The resort also offers 2 floodlit, all-weather tennis courts with racket and ball hire and a sauna and gymnasium.
When staying at Encosta do Lago, guests receive a Personalised Guest Pass entitling them to free access to the facilities, as well as a range of other benefits, including a booking facility for massage and health and beauty treatments.
